As a experienced  technician, you must display thorough and proven knowledge of vehicles. You must also have a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

·    Service Technician experience!

·   High school diploma or GED preferred

·   Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles

·   Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

·   Safety and customer service oriented

·   Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed

·   Professional appearance and work ethic.

·   Self-motivated with solid work habits.

·   Diesel or Hybrid Experience a plus

·   Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Business Development Center Representative

Knauz Automotive Group in Lake Bluff is currently accepting applications for a full-time Business Development Center Service Coordinator. This position focuses on receiving inbound calls for all 5 service department stores, and making outbound service and parts calls. The Service Coordinator we are looking for must possess outstanding communication, multi-tasking skills, customer service skills, speak articulately, be self-motivated, and detail oriented. Job Description

Business Development Center Representative

Responsibilities:

The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for developing , processing, managing, following up and tracking all Knauz customers as it pertains to service, parts and sales departments.

·         Gather accurate customer information to create a database  for continual follow-up and retention

·         Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership & manufacturer event and promotions

·         Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction, and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction

·         Utilize phone skills to set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins

·         Follow up with customers about services regarding their vehicles

·         Contact at least 20 customers per days as part of your out bound calls

·         Forecast goals at the beginning of each month

Qualifications

·         Prior customer service experience, required

·         Experience working in a dealership setting, preferred

·         Ability to work Saturdays

·         Be a team-player focused on providing exemplary customer service

·         Strong communication skills

·         Be comfortable with communication both in-person and over the phone

·         Time management- manage one's own time

·         Basic computer skills, including the ability to type accurately and efficiently

·         Phone experience
